Escrow Analysis Module

In order to assist in the computation and disclosure of mortgage loans, the Escrow Analysis module has been introduced in order to add the ancillary products and fees which are commonly added to mortgage Loans. Home insurance, county taxes, and other fees are commonly managed by a lender in order to receive a comprehensive payment from the customer to cover these mandatory fees. Also, the minimum amounts required to be paid up front are calculated in the schedules prepaired in the responses are provided.

Like quantities are grouped into a Category so, as the sample illustrates below, if property tax is broken up into two payments, the Name attribute is distinct for each payment, but the two are united into the same schedule through the use of a common Category.

Each Cost is divided into a monthly (or periodic) payment that is rounded up to ensure the sum of monthly payments funds the cost of the escrow item.
