Escrow Analysis Module
In order to assist in the computation and disclosure of mortgage loans, the Escrow Analysis module has been introduced. Now, escrow items, such as home insurance and property tax, can be computed and managed into customer funding schedules. Closing costs, cushions, and customer funding payments are all reported in the response schedules, as are their associated escrow item costs.
Sample Request
The code below illustrates a common escrow situation where home insurance and
property tax are managed by the lender. In this sample, property tax is paid in
two payments. When two or more escrow items are linked into a common schedule, a
common Category is used.
