Wow, the surf has sucked so badly as of late that It's been too painful to even think about writing a summary of the conditions. However, today there was a hint of a swell pulse in the water, and I think we'll see some bigger (and hopefully better) waves over the next few days.
The water has been amazing clear over the last few weeks, and today it was like paddling over liquid crystal. There were many sardine schools swimming in the lineup, doing their best to jump out of the water, and hence avoiding whatever predators lurked below - at least until gravity caught up with them. There are many stingrays in the water as well, so watch your step!
