With any of the Sherman and Associates loan calculation products, you have our guarantee that our methods and routines are accurate and in compliance with all Federal Regulations, Truth in Lending and Regulations Z. Based on our 30 years of experience, you can expect compliance for the following.

All calendar calculations.

All APR calculations (actuarial APR and/or one of the US Rule APR's).

All interest accrual methods offered, in accordance with the definitions of these methods, as we understand them.

The Sherman promise to our customers is very simply this: If, at any time during the life of the product, an error in our calculations is discovered, we will fix it quickly at no charge.
